Our solution for Thuasne

Thuasne is a European leader in the healthcare sector. Since 1847, the company, which specialises in orthotics, has been creating and distributing medical devices. The Group has close links with all healthcare professionals, including doctors, nursing staff, physiotherapists, chiropodists, pharmacists, orthopaedists and orthoprosthetists.

CHALLENGE & APPROACH

In early November 2022, Thuasne contacted our teams to work on its key messages. The company faced two key challenges: to make its medical content accessible to the general public and communicate its values effectively, and to develop premium expert content for its professional audience. For its B2C audience, the aim was to find the right tone, balancing education with facts and a focus on practical, tangible benefits. For its professional audience, the objective was to enhance Thuasne’s message with a more journalistic narrative.

CONTENT PRODUCTION

To meet these objectives, we proposed a series of expert articles as well as several snacks and infographics. The ‘corporate’ articles were designed to highlight the Group’s international activities.
