Our solution for Tessi
Tessi is a major European player in Business Process Services (BPS), supporting its customers every day in their digital transformation. The group operates in a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, insurance, banking, real estate, retail and industry.
CHALLENGE & APPROACH
Tessi’s objective was to enhance its reputation as a leading expert in the digital transformation sector. To achieve this, we collaborated with their teams to develop Tessi #Insight, a digital platform for leaders and professionals in the digital transformation sector. Each edition is structured in three parts. It includes a contribution from a Tessi executive, a customer testimonial and the perspective of an external expert.
We propose a list of relevant speakers (law firms, consultants, group partners, etc.) for each subject and Tessi makes the choice. The topics are diverse and specific. They range from the digitalisation of HR processes to the outsourcing of customer relations, via digital trust. Content is distributed optimally through a social network-focused distribution plan.

In addition to the examples mentioned above, we have supported Tessi in the design of multiple newsletters, with an average open rate of 25% across all campaigns. We also helped the company produce six white papers. This collaboration led to the creation of a second digital medium, this time for the brand of the Certigna group, a key player in cybersecurity in France.
